Privacy Notice
Effective August 28, 2026. This notice applies to the public website at safetyflowhq.com. Customer workspace data accessed through app.safetyflowhq.com is handled separately within the SafetyFlow HQ application and may be subject to additional customer terms or privacy notices.
Information you provide
If you submit a demo or early-access request, SafetyFlow HQ may collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, job title, company, industry, company size, areas of interest, package interest, and any notes you submit.
How demo-request information is used
Information submitted through the public form is used to respond to the request, understand prospective customer needs, prepare a relevant product walkthrough, evaluate early-access interest, and maintain reasonable sales and business records. Submitting the form does not automatically create a customer account or subscription.
Technical information
The hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, approximate geographic signals, and security signals in order to deliver and protect the website. SafetyFlow HQ's public lead record does not intentionally store the visitor's raw IP address.
Storage and service providers
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Demo-request records are stored in a separate public-site database and are not stored in the protected customer workspace database solely because a visitor submits a public demo form. Infrastructure providers may process information as necessary to provide hosting, security, routing, and storage services.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not intentionally deploy advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies at launch. Security or infrastructure services may use technically necessary mechanisms to operate and protect the site.

Changes
This notice may be updated as the website, platform, analytics, communication tools, or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected in an updated effective date.
