SafetyFlow HQ Privacy Notice
Effective September 3, 2026. This notice describes information processed through safetyflowhq.com and the SafetyFlow HQ customer application.
Information you provide
SafetyFlow HQ may collect information you submit, including name, work email, phone number, job title, company, industry, company size, demo-request details, subscription information, company profile information, compliance-assessment responses, documents, incident information, field-safety records, corrective actions, user-account information and other records your organization chooses to maintain in the service.
Payments and Stripe
When online billing is enabled, payment checkout and payment-method management may be provided by Stripe. Stripe processes payment-card and related transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices. SafetyFlow HQ may store identifiers and billing records returned by Stripe—such as Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan, subscription status, billing email, renewal information and payment-event status—but does not intentionally store the full card number entered on Stripe-hosted payment pages.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, create and administer customer workspaces, respond to requests, process subscriptions, maintain billing and audit records, support customers, improve platform workflows, investigate reliability or security issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Technical and security information
Hosting, authentication and security infrastructure may process request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, approximate geographic signals, authentication data and security signals to deliver and protect the service. SafetyFlow HQ may retain limited logs needed for security, troubleshooting and service integrity.
Service providers
SafetyFlow HQ uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. Cloudflare is used for hosting, routing, storage and security functions. Stripe may be used for payment processing and billing. Those providers may process information as needed to deliver their services.
Data sharing
SafetyFlow HQ does not sell customer workspace data or personal information to advertisers. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting for SafetyFlow HQ, when directed by the customer, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, rights or security.
Retention and customer control
Retention can depend on the type of record, the customer relationship, operational needs and applicable legal obligations. Customers remain responsible for their own regulatory record-retention requirements. Authorized company administrators can manage users and many workspace records within the application and may request reasonable assistance with account information.
Cookies and analytics
The public website does not intentionally use advertising or behavioral-targeting cookies at launch. Technically necessary mechanisms may be used by hosting, authentication, security or payment services. If broader analytics or marketing tracking is introduced, this notice should be updated accordingly.
Security
SafetyFlow HQ uses access controls and cloud security measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should use authorized accounts, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to hello@safetyflowhq.com.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the website, platform, payment systems, service providers or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected in an updated effective date.
Launch note: This notice should receive appropriate legal review for the jurisdictions and customer types SafetyFlow HQ ultimately serves before live commercial billing is enabled.
