Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective September 3, 2026.

Cancel anytime

A monthly SafetyFlow HQ subscription may be canceled before the next renewal through the available Stripe billing portal or by contacting hello@safetyflowhq.com. Cancellation prevents future recurring renewals.

Access after cancellation

Unless a different written agreement applies, a canceled subscription normally remains active through the end of the billing period already paid for. Access ends after that period unless the subscription is renewed or otherwise extended.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, completed subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated for a partially used month. Suspected duplicate charges, processing errors or other billing mistakes should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, SafetyFlow HQ may place the subscription into a past-due or suspended status. Access may be restored after payment is successfully resolved, subject to the subscription’s status with the payment processor.

Core and FMCSA & Fleet Compliance pricing

SafetyFlow HQ Core is $99/month. The optional FMCSA & Fleet Compliance module is $99/month. Customers selecting both are $198/month unless a different written agreement applies. Canceling before the next renewal prevents the next recurring charge; module changes may require contacting SafetyFlow HQ.
